Dandenong Plaza

Overview
As part of the new playground at Dandenong Plaza, we created a Kinect 2 interactive that allows visitors to interact with and become part of a range of farm landscapes. 

By moving their arms and legs, they can play with various animals and plants populating the environment, helping to collect fruit, harvest vegetables, and watch eggs hatch. Sparrows land on your outstretched arms, sunflowers spin, pigs play in the mud, and bees buzz around you as you move through the different landscapes.

Lightwell also produced a series of audio elements for the playground, including a barn interior soundscape which is triggered by the presence of visitors, a duckpond soundscape, and various animal noises that are activated by button presses.
