Overview
Dharawal Women was developed to share the stories of women on Dharawal country from the the La Perouse Aboriginal community. The La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council see this website as the beginning of a larger storytelling project, where their women can share, listen and record important stories from the community.

Dharawal Women was developed in collaboration with the La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council, the Gujaga Foundation, Lightwell, Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Arts Centre, the National Museum of Australia and many incredible Dharawal women from the La Perouse Aboriginal community.
